Victoria Boulevard scoops International Property Awards

We are proud and delighted to announce that at the recent International Property Awards held in the Marriot Hotel in London, Victoria Boulevard picked up a four-star award for Best Architecture (multiple units) for Portugal. We also won the award for Best International Marketing for Portugal.

Victoria Completions

We started to handover completed units during the Summer 2007, it was hectic of course, but first completions are never easy. Blocks 1, 2 and 3 are now all in process of handover and Block 4 should be complete by 10 December 2007. The central pool areas are fabulous and we have been delighted with the response of owners who have not been disappointed by the finished product.

O Pomar all go!

Infra-structure works are now complete and we are ready to start construction of the buildings. We have appointed our contractors who are mobilising on site, and we have to date received planning approval for the first 45 units, and construction at long last will start.

Delays in the planning process have pushed our patience to the limits, but with such a great scheme I'm sure everyone agrees it has been worth the wait.

We now anticipate the balance approvals for the site by Christmas, which means a busy and happy 2008.

For those purchasers to date, this means you should be ready to sign Promissory Contracts during January 2008.
